I'll NEVER EVER order flowers from teleflora again! Their Substitution Policy is: In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitution of comparable quality and value will be delivered. They did not send a substitution... They just canceled the order a day AFTER the flowers were to be delivered. I called the 800 number they told me the local florist was TOO BUSY to take any more orders. This ordered was placed last week! If there was an issue they could of called me... They had my number. Now my 79 year old mother did not receive flowers from her only son on Mother's Day.
