We ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day, paying extra for Saturday 5/11 shipping. On Saturday I received a confirmation of delivery receipt. On Sunday when we called to wish MIL happy Mother's Day, she said she had not received the flowers. I called on Monday to see what was going on and was on hold for an HOUR AND A HALF. Sales rep told me flowers would be delivered Tuesday 5/14. Flowers were not delivered. I was on the phone again with customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes this time. They told me the flowers would be delivered today 5/16. Still no flowers. Called multiple times today and finally was able to cancel my order completely. This has been an AWFUL experience.
