Mike from horizon cleaning mike from horizon was here on march 19 at my home to clean my carpet, very sloppy and terrible work

On march 19 mike from horizon cleaning services was at my home to clean my carpet and he offered me a deep cleaning on my rug so i took it and when the job was done i noticed how bad he works and very sloppy the stains are all still there and the next day when i went to vacume my vacume was full of detergant from what ever he used i took pictures of the befor and after so i can compair and it looked better was dirty than now this company should be closed for there lack of profetional work they did i wish i knew there a report on this company i would have done it my self like i did the last time i cleaned it by hand
