DO NOT use this company! I saw their ad in the Clipper Magazine. The ad says their basic service is $6.95 a room, included are color brightener, deodorizer, and free demo of deep scrub service. The so-called "technician" was very unprofessional. He actually said that with the basic service, it won't look any different. What's the point then? I did not get anything except wet carpet. He was finished with 3 rooms in 5 minutes—no demo, no deodorizer (the carpet actually smells worse) and no color brightener. I was charged $20 for cleaning a 4x6 rug, which took all of 30 seconds. The rug was on the carpet, and he did not even clean underneath it. I called the office to complain, but they did not call me back. I paid $54 for him to spray water on my carpet, and it was not even dry 8 hrs later. He also left a mess, water everywhere, and he walked in my house with his dirty shoes on (it was raining). Absolutely HORRIBLE and a COMPLETE RIP-OFF. I don't see how they stay in business.
