I contracted Horizon Cleaning Services on April 3 through a flyer in the mail. The technican advised me I would need the deep scrub method. I was feeling a little uneasy as they did not look professional but I went ahead because Easter was on the coming weekend. It has only been a nightmare for me since. My carpet was throughly saturated. It took three days to dry and than the yellow stain started surfacing all over my white carpet. Horizon sent three different techs in the next three weeks. Some of the staining came out but I was once again inconvienced with wet carpet each time. I contacted the company two weeks ago and was treated so unprofessionally by a manager at the Hillsborough number. My carpet is stained. I only wished I had followed my instincts with the first tech and ask them to leave. My next step is to report this to the Better Business Bureau!
