Over charges and purposely and admitting to it

In March I switched my cell phone providers from AT&T to VerizonWireless, I was offered a deal through Overstock.com on a Andriod smart phone, once I recieved my phone, I found out that they sent me 2 phones instead of 1, so I contacted Overstock to let them know about the mistake, they inturn told me to return the extra phone before charges incur, I did so within the time alotted but was still charged by VerizonWireless, we went back and forth with Verizon playing games, I then contacted the BBB who contacted Verizon and then after 4 months Verizon contacted me wanting to fix the problem, Iwanted to be released from the Contract but the Rep, by the name of Christine, would not release me from the contract, I had already had to get another provider because of the overcharges causing the service with Verizon to be termanated, so we came to an agreement that they would put me on a lower plan with a minamum payment of $19.00 dollars a month and to keep me on as aclient, 5 months later they had never changed the plan and put me on a $39.99, causing me to contact the BBB again and then was contacted by Dan Reeves who admitted to me of the mistake but doesn't want to resolve thier mistake, thank God I have a record of all this with the BBB.
