I ahve been with Comm Souh Companies for over a year. On Oct. 3rd I moved to a place five doors down, on Oct, 3rd I faxed a $25.00 money order to Comm South to begin my transfer of service, which they instead applied to my account which was already paid in full. The money order was then mailed. On Nov. 3rd is when I FINALLY got phone service restored. I receive a bill (final notice) for the amount of $154.64, I call, spend two hours on the phone waitng for a real person. Who was quite rude. Seems a transfer of service is the same as starting a new service. The main question of the person I talked to was, when will you be mailing this to us, please call us when the payment is sent with the money order number so now I have to go borrow the money to keep the phone connected. And have to pay for two months. To me this is garbage. All the calls I made from pay phones asking about the reconnection I was given a case number each time I now have about six of them. Thank-you for your help. I did tell them I would be ontacting the Better Business Bureau about them
