Comm South is a big rip off. They will turn off you phone service even when payment has been made, and you have given them the receipt number several times over the phone and thru fax. Then they tell you there is a 8-10 day wait plus a reconnection fee that needs to be paid for their error. This is crazy.
Customer service Reps should be friendly not nasty and rude but these people make Scrooge look like a Saint.
