I made a request for transfer of service on December 8. I was told by a representative to call back in 3-5 business days However, Comm South had not even received payment that I sent priority mail.

Priority mail takes 3-5 business days Comm South should at least have record of payment if anything else. Please help me find out what happened to my money.

The representative told me to find my receipt from the money order. Why when the package had been received and sent priority.
