I bought Thomas the tank engine items on 2/24 and 2/25 and when I went to return them on 3/1 they told me they were final sale. There is no indication that these items were final sale. I bought them at 50% off, but the sign did not sale "final sale. No return." The receipt didn't even say it. So that was on 3/1 that i found this out. The guy at the store couldn't help me, told me the owner would call me. No call Tues or Wed. I called Wed night. The guy at the store called the owner and called me back to inform me that the owner was too busy and would call me on Thurs morning.
Poor customer service! I even had to call her after not hearing from her on Thursday (today) morning. I fought and fought with her, but she kept telling me she's trying to get rid of them and won't take them back. I explained that one was broken, I threated by saying I'd call BBB and my credit card company, she really wouldn't budge. She finally said she'd give me store credit and I asked her if she thought I would really come back to that store after this... Seriously?!?! No, I told her then to at least take back the broken item, she agreed to that.
