I bought a skirt, which was not on sale and cost $34, cashier charge me for that $41 and when I told her, that she made mistake, instead of apology, she start to be very rude to me and told me: "by the way, it's final sale and you can't return this item". She charged me a right price $34, but on my receipt she put note: "final sale". I called manager, he was very nice, he apologies for her and gave me regular receipt.
Today, after 4 days I came to store to return my skirt. It was the same cashier, she recognized me and told me, that this skirt was final sale and she can't give me money back. I politely ask her, how is she know it's a final sale, she told me, that she remember me and not gonna give me money back. I asked her why is she so mean to me, and she told me: "you are too white for me." She discriminated me and called me different names. I called manager again and he return my money without any questions.
Why this kind of person working in the store and dealing with people? I am in this country 21 years and I never write any complains. I am working with people and I understand how important to be nice to you clients. I don't think, that this cashier should work in this store. She also refuse to give me her name, but it's only 3 people in the store, one manager, one pregnant cashier and this rude girl. Thank you for your help.
