Corp Activating phones BEFORE they MAIL them to you! Ripoff! Internet

I ordered a i95c phone from Nextel over the internet... They assured me that I had a (15) day TRIAL. Note I have read on this website of others having the SAME problem.

They delay sending the phone to you... Worse yet when I recevied the phone a YELLOW paper was included... (15) days OR (30) minutes! That's what it READ... I did NOT like the phone at ALL. Here is where the SCAM really comes in... YOU have to call a NUMBER at Nextel to RETURN the PHONE... That phone is BUSY... Worse yet... The MAIL BOX is FULL... Bottom line their is NO way to reach Nextel to RETURN the PHONE...

I did send the PHONE back and TRACKED it by FEDEX all the way... They received... Stated it arrived TOO late... NOT TRUE as i had the FedEx box I recevied it in... They ACTIVATED the phone long BEFORE it was even shipped... RIPP-OFF number ONE... They stated I had USED the phone for more than (30) minutes... Ripp-off # two... Their web site stated nothing about a (30) minutes! Switch and bait... The YELLOW paper that was in the box when I recevied the phone... I reported Nextel to my bank... I worte the CEO of Nextel... Nothing... Just like others have experienced.

Do not do business with NEXTEL... Period!!
