I placed an order one night, and canceled the very next day, only to find out that my order had gone through. It took 30 days to get my ring, which I returned within three days. That was two months ago, and I have yet to receive my refund. I get the runaround every time I call, or email. I have since filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and was advised to file one with the Florida AG's office. Maybe we should all get together and file a suit.
