My name is lorenzo and i just wanna say that this company is a joke. Nextel partner not nextel or sprint there a part of nextel but there not nextel. This is just too confusing. Anyways my problem is that i am in an area of texas service by nextel partners. I have tried to work with this company switching phones and gotten nowhere, finally i dicided enough is enough so i cancelled there service 2 month before my contract was over. The reason i did this was that towards the end in was losing more money by keeping the service than going along with a bad service provider. I am sending them a certified letter to ensure i am not ignored. I want to see if there anything else out there i can do or contact to dispute this matter.
