Ripoff wouldn't fix my broken Diamonique ring, wouldn't refund my money

I too am very dissatisfied with QVC. About 2 years ago, I purchased a Diamonique ring for about $150. I rarely wore it as I saved it for dressy/formal occasions only.

I wore it to my Aunt's funeral and noticed when I returned home that one of the stones fell out! I called QVC and asked them how to return the ring for repair and they told me to box it up, insure it and mail it to them. (This was in April.) I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to be repaired and mailed back to me and I was fine with that. Well, June rolls around and still no ring. Each time I call QVC they have no information on the ring.

First they told me they never received it, then they said it was still sitting in the warehouse waiting to be fixed, then they said they had no record of me sending it in!!! Finally, in October, 6 months after I sent it in, I threatened to sue them for negligence and fraudulent behavior. Well, that got them to move because the very same day I received a call from them saying that they couldn't fix the ring afterall. (They couldn't even give me a reason why!)

I told them to just give me my money back and I finally received a refund. This entire process took 6 months, 4 emails, 3 faxes and about 37 phone calls to resolve! I will never ever order anything from QVC ever again!!!
