I have had Nextel now for two years and just the other day while looking over my bill, closly I discovered that I and my husband was charged. 15 for a text message that Nextel themselves sent to me. I called to have this taken care of and believe it or not I was not hassled in getting it done. I asked the rep why I was charged for it and she stated that regardless I tried to delete it or read it I would be charged the. 15, I said ok so if I delete which I always do I'll be charged regardless? She said yes you will be charges no matter what. I told her I want to file a report where to do it and she said at Nextel.com, never found a place to do it and then I was sent this from Nextel. We'll see if it gets taken off!
I have had many problems like you Debra and if you want maybe we can pull together and get things corrected. I'm having problems with calls coming to me and only to hear someone mumble something all the time this happens. I have had a nubmer of dropped calls and still they don't want to work with me on getting the problem solved. A couple of times of got help and then when you log and record everything you and the Nextel rep speak about they always say "well here in our report it states". I plan to get rid of Nextel and educate others about them and thier service.
