I have 3 phones on my nextel account. The only one with problems is my 9 yr olds. This month he recieved a bill for 300.00 in overage incoming calls only from one # in particular. It's from someone a 100 miles from us that we have never heard of and most of them are made at times when my son is in school or daycare. My son does not even have long distance on his phone.
I tried to explain all this and nextel tell says tough luck. I've been with them 5yrs and never had a overage my son's phone is for calling home and emergency there is no way he could have talked for 10 hrs over his minutes to someone a 100 miles away without it being noticed. What can we do? I'd love to hear from others with this problem, since i'm sure we were scammed which nextel says can't happen.
