I contracted for internet computer repair services no 2/22. After the first session with one of their techs, nothing was resolved and they failed to leave me with the direct contact information they had claimed they would. They since have refused to respond to my efforts to recify that situation. I have now also ask for a refund according to the guidelines they set forth on their website, with no response from them on that matter either.
