Windows Word sent me to OmniTech for 15 minutes FREE technical advice. I tried in the morning and was told after waiting for about 4 minutes that they would email me when they were available. Late that afternoon, they emailed me and after waiting 4 minutes again, someone finally signed on. I was online in a chat session with this person for a total of 19 minutes. The first thing I typed was my question. The rest of the session was the guy trying to get me to buy their service for $299.99/year! Finally, he told me that they do not give 15 minutes free—they do not give free service of any type. I am livid. I do not tolerate lying. And I still do not know the answer to my question. Frustrating.
