My antivirus program detected a trojan that it could not remove, so i googled online tech support and at the top of the list was omnitech, so i contacted them and told them my problem and they said diagnosis was free, they asked for remote control of my system which i gave them, they ran some scans on my system and determined that the trojan was there, and charged me 249.99 to fix it, which i could not pay all at once, so they only took 49.99 out of my account (refunded after i (Inappropriate Content Removed) about it) they destroyed my commputer by removing my bluetooth, sp1, all my updates my videocards and god knows what else they did to my system, so in the end i told em to screw off and went to geek squad, geek squad fixed my computer good as new remotely, but at a cost of 99.99 and i have to now use gas to bring it in for complete repair after these so called certified techs got ahold of my computer, i think they should have to pay for my data which is 10=1GB and i used about 8 or 9 gigabytes of data through my cellphone, that and the cost of having to hire geek squad should be paid by omnitech, oh and one more thing... I really want them to pay as i am disabled and am only on a fixed income, i don't have money to be tossing around for this kind of thing.
