I purchased 120 min card from tracfone. This is known as a refill at radio shack in santa cruz and promo code sent by tracfone by text message from 55330. Radio Shack employee attempted online to add the promo code which failed. Tech line said that they would record the promo code that was sent on date 2 on 2/25 submit the request for error in communications for credit. The tech stated that the code sent was expired. Unknown tracfone suspect failed to add the 40 min additional time at later time and next day.interstate communication which are fraudulent are punishable as crime.
This has happened in past and will take action on this case ASP!!! The employee at tracfone repeated communications 3-4 times which was out right emotional irritation which damages are sever emotional distress. Record of communications is recorded as 1051665506 on that day. I would expect to hear from any party with similar interest in civil action. Required that every one get an action soon together and send email to [email protected] do not call write unless I did not reply... Not home this 2011 fall and winter
