We bought (2) Viking amounts and several additional Viking items in 2006. Never again! These items are garbage and also the organization never backs-up their guarantee. And my cheap Jennair Stove survived 12 years with no simple issue. We've created and named Viking using the same outcome; we obtained an arrogant response from Viking and needed to spend another $350 for another thermostat and also the stove wouldn't switch off consequently risking a fire risk. How insane of me to anticipate support and quality from the a so-called trustworthy top end organization. Purchasing Viking is a large error and that I'll never suggest their item to anybody.
