I invested over $2500 on the Viking Ice Machine (really it is a Marvell Ice-Machine having a Viking brand). I have previously had it fixed 4 occasions to get a whole of $13oo including changing the container thermostat ($360), changing the compressor, evaporator-heat exchanger and device ($470 in-labor, the components were included in guarantee) and changing the strain push ($388 only for the component that we changed myself). Today the drain pump went again! I named Viking to protest concerning the "orange" that I clearly got and all-they might inform me was that "sorry, it is no further included in the guarantee". Viking items are garbage and that I WOn't purchase a different one. They're over-priced as well, therefore don't believe that simply because you purchase a "top end" equipment that you're really obtaining a high quality item since youare not.
