Within the 6 years I've had my Viking Range I Have had only stress. After 6 providers requires exactly the same problem that maynot be solved within the first six months they changed the number. The laundry list of items that have gone wrong using the alternative are too much time to listing, but this last problem has set me outrageous. I named Carl Schaedel for repairs on my-self-cleaning stove which was no further working, along with a break inside glass of the stove (no idea how that occurred). I had been offered charges for both lock & the glass. Once they delivered the restoration individual out he changed a defective lock which had handicapped the home-cleansing purpose, but had the incorrect component for that glass replacement.

Their answer was to reschedule a second support phone using the proper component. This required one more support cost that we wouldn't have experienced to pay for had the very first phone been managed correctly. Once they ultimately returned (nearly per month later) I had been amazed to determine the statement was $28 significantly more than the $30 cost I had been cited.
