Format of our Viking equipment issues because we shifted directly into our new house. Many of these issues happened inside the first a few months useful.
1) under-counter freezer cold. (changed with new device)
2) wine chiller fan motor ceased operating after 3 months (changed with fresh fan engine)
3) Stove door wouldn't start after unit heated-up (changed door-lock system)
4) Fridge doorstop smashed within 3 weeks. (eliminated doorway and changed doorstop)
5) Decay developing on fridge door top and form on fridge door seal. (ongoing problem)
6) Fisher / Pacal kitchen dishwasher engine froze up. (changed engine) Not Really A Viking issue
7) Viking ice-maker quit operating
(changed heater component)
We invested around $50,000.00 on our devices which may be the consequence of purchasing "THE SURFACE OF THE LINE ITEMS".
The sole items which haven't failed however are:
INCH) Viking dishwasher
2) minute under-counter refrigerator
3) Windcrest induction range-top
4) GE stove
5) Viking range hood
6) minute Fisher / Pacal kitchen dishwasher
7) Viking Stove
Today our $5000.00 over/under fridge/fridge is rusting and form types about the fridge door continuously. We visited a fresh equipment shop that bears Viking. The brand new type of our device has got the same issue with condensation dripping in the gates and water gathering about the seal of the fridge. This causes form to develop round the seal.
The restoration organization for Viking (HADCO) informs people it is our problem since we stay near to the sea. (our house is in California) the brand new store was in Bay Area in a hot shop. Therefore the plan of the Viking supplier would be to blame the customer.
