Bought a Viking range from Expo design on Feb 25, which was toasted after 1 week. Viking then tried pinning the fault on the installation which they finally agreed was not the cause. I refused a accept replacement of a Viking product - instead accepted the Monogram of similar value. I initially bought the viking with 5 years warantee which was supposed to be changed to the Monogram.
The electronics of the Monogram oven switch went bad after two year. I now find myself sandwich between GE-Zurich and Expo Design Center, each pointing the otherway and I am still awaiting the repair of my range after 4 weeks without any resolutions.
