My name is wayne from marengo, i am the person that viking dodge is suing for money. They want me to stop giving them a bad publicity, i have parked my vehicle along routes 14 and 176 over the weekend with my signs showing that viking dodge lies. On saturday 12 people stopped by where i was parked and talked to me, asking my story. Then they would explain that they have also had bad experinces with this dealership. While talking to a couple of young gentlemen, about my issue a employee from viking dodge walked across the street and spoke with us. He told us that employees from viking were not to bother me, and this gentlemen asked me to leave where i was parked. Because it was making it difficult for the dealership to sell any vehicles. The employee from viking stated that he was informed about a lawsuit aginst me from viking dodge and i supposedly am suing them? Where they even got this information is not correct. Yes viking is trying to sue me for telling the truth and nothing but the truth. I informed this young man that i was not suing viking dodge. It was his employeer doing the suing.
I have had to hire a lawyer to defend myself against vikiing dodge, because i have told only the truth.
