We're ex-South Africans who presently reside London. We visit house frequently and usually anticipate carrying out a large store at Aca Joe. We enjoy the garments. On our last visit, both my sweetheart and that I each purchased a set of pants, amongst other products. Both sets were cleaned based on the directions, nevertheless, my set arrived with spots over both pockets. The pants were taken back again to department where these were purchased, where the guy in control decided they should be defective. The pants were taken back again to HQ to be evaluated. E-mails were delivered back & forth (frequently without any reaction from Aca Joe) between my father and Geneveive (brand co ordinator) concerning the problem. Every time describing various reasons why they might not be traded. Used to do not anticipate a reimbursement, instead merely an exchange or credit notice. After 2 weeks of coping with the problem, we were informed that there is nothing wrong using the pants. The substance had obviously altered color, but Aca Joe returned on which they'd initially decided over a set of several-hundred-rand pants. My loved ones and that I WON'T EVER store there again and become handled so poorly by their arrogant attitudes and unjust guidelines!!!
