Extremely Disappointed & Angry!

I'm so angry with Teleflora! This is my first time using them. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for a friend who just lost her daughter. They were supposed to be delivered Saturday (the day before Mother's Day). I decided to call Teleflora on Monday (2 days after the delivery date) to make sure they were delivered. It took me 3 tries to get through (I was disconnected the first 2 times). Then, the operator (who obviously didn't comprehend English very well) said, "Your order was not delivered because there were no carnations available." I could not believe my ears! I told her that my request was to "absolutely not use any carnations as substitutes"!! Either way, I should have been contacted; they had my phone number and email! I was furious that the flowers had not been delivered to my friend for Mother's Day who was grieving the loss of her daughter! Then, the operator said that their system had been down for 2 days... So why was my order not delivered? Was it because of the lack of carnations (which I did not ask for or want) or was it because the system was down! Lies!!! I canceled the order immediately, told her that I will never be ordering from Teleflora again, and decided to post this review to warn others! I'm so disappointed!!
