Michele mazur won't return phone calls. 2 months and no refund or purchased item unknown not listed on website

I completed internet purchase november 5. Since that time, this "company" has never sent me the product they received money for. They do not answer their phone. The only emails I have received from them state that everything will be cleared up next week. Next week came and went two months ago. I will contact my bank monday january 17 and request a refund and try with every ability to prosecute for fraud.
