On 12/11/10, I placed an internet order with treasureseekersgifts.com. I ordered a NECA Scarface 18" Action Figure With Sound. Tresaureseekersgifts.com stated that this item was available for preorder and would ship December. My credit card was billed that exact same day (12/11/10), which I thought was odd because usually the credit card is not billed until the merchandise ships. I was hoping to receive it by Christmas 2010. It was supposed to be a gift for my fiance. I had e-mailed Michele Mazur at Treasure Seekers on 12/15 inquiring about the status of my order. She informed me that the item was on backorder. I waited another month without receiving any response. I have subsequently e-mailed asking to cancel my order on 1/25 and 2/3, but have not received a response. I have called and left voicemails 2/10, 2/12, and 2/13, but no response. I want a refund for the total amount billed to my credit card, $40.14. As of 2/14, I still have not received the product or a response. I just want my money back and to prevent TreasureSeekersgifts.com from robbing future customers.
