I placed an order on 11/16 for a pair of Funko Darth Vader retractable ear buds and was charged $25.35, which was billed to my credit card immediately. On the website, which is now defunct as of last week, the item was labeled as a pre-order item; the merchant's policy was that pre-order items are billed, then shipped when the manufacturer sends the merchandise.
It has been almost four months since I placed my order, and, after unanswered phone messages and no e-mail response from the merchant, I am losing hope and faith that this is a reputable company. With such an unreasonably long delay to ship my order, which was intended as a Christmas gift, I am very upset and intend to follow up with consumer protection agencies.
I want my money back!
