Hello,
On January 14th, I purchased two JINX Starcraft II Zerg T-shirts (CustomerID# 7239; placed 01/14 at 5:34PM). I received a confirmation E-mail at shortly thereafter. From there on out, I received no additional E-mails or updates, and my order never arrived. I wrote a complaint to the company, VIA E-mail, on January 18th — No response. Again, I sent another on January 25th — No response. On January 29th, I filed an online complaint with the appropriate BBB division. Nearly a month later, on February 27th, the BBB sent me an E-mail notifying me that the company ignored their inquires.
I've made multiple attempts at communicating with this business to no avail. To this day, I HAVE NOT received any sort of explanation for the non-shipment nor have I been given a refund on my purchase. This company essentially took my money and ran.
Now the business is non-existent, and the website shut down. The owner, however, should still be avoided if ever encountered in the future. Her name: Michele Mazur.
I've seen the owner attempt rebuttals on this website in the past, but I have never received that sort of attention (and being a paying customer — one who received no product — you would think that I should have).
