Michelle mazur (ripoff! Scam!) seeking my money back from treasure seekers toys and gifts!

You can add my name to the growing list of people being scammed by Michelle Mazur of online "store" Treasure Seekers Gifts & Toys. My story will pretty much read like those listed before me, as this is just apparently how this woman operates.

I ordered an item on Feb. 9th and the purchase was debited from my account on Feb. 12th. After never receiving my item and after calling and getting no response, I unfortunately found this site and a list of people who have already been scammed by this woman. After several more calls and no answer or response, I e-mailed Michelle and made her aware of what I found out about her on this site. After previously not being able to get in touch with her, she was somehow able to respond to my e-mail within about 15 min. The e-mail is as follows:

Hello,

I'm trying to reach you again. I have called you twice (once last Fri. And twice today) getting no answer, and getting no response to the messages I have left you asking you to call me back about my order. I made an order with you on Feb. 9th, Order #10280, for a Horde Logo Keychain. My account was debited Feb. 12th and I still have not received my item, on top of the lack of response from you. I never got a confirmation e-mail from you on my order or a tracking number showing the item had shipped, and the status of my order on your web site showing that it's still "processing". Really?

I just had the misfortune of finding several reports on your company on usacomplaints. Coms.com and this seems to be a common occurrence with you. I have printed out my order status showing it still "processing" of today's date and showing that the date of the initial purchase. I have a copy of my statement showing you got your money. Where's my item? I have seen all the excuses you've made for yourself and your "employees". Save them, please.

How are your health issues keeping you and your employees from processing orders, but they're not keeping you from taking the money??? You've also blamed your vendors... This obviously has been going on for a while. If you were actually interested in running a business, you would've found better vendors a long time ago. Don't try to tell me that you've already shipped my item. I doubt you could give me a verifiable tracking number for my shipment.

Plain and simple, I want my money back!

Again I am sorry as I really have been battling cancer for the past four months and now I lost my assistant due to all the pressure and hours. Michele

-This transaction supposedly took place about 24hrs. Ago. It should've posted to my account by now. I have checked with my bank several times today and I have not gotten my money back. (No surprise.) She's done the same to others who have posted on here. She tells them she'll give their money back and doesn't. I sent her another e-mail informing her of non-receipt of refund and of my intentions. The e-mail is as follows:

Considering that you supposedly credited my payment back to my account yesterday afternoon, it should've posted by now. Did you honestly think I wouldn't check or somehow miss that I haven't gotten my money back? I have a copy of your email showing that you supposedly gave me my money back and I have another statement showing the money has not showed up in my account. Unlike like the others who have only threatened to contact the general attorney, I am going to do so! This is fraud, you're obviously doing this to everyone who tries to buy something off your phony website. You are not fooling anyone.

I have documentation of everything from my initial purchase, to inquiries on my order, to what I've found on this site about her, to her supposed refund of payment and bank statements disproving this. I do have every intention of contacting the Attorney General's office, and will be doing so shortly. This is beyond just getting my money back now. She has obviously scammed so many other people, and I want to help keep her from doing this to other people. She needs to be stopped!
