I am writting today to warn anyone interested in purchasing from this site not to! I placed an order in December for a preorder darth vader earbud set that was supposed to be released in December. I was hoping to get it by Christmas. I followed up many times and rarely got a response. Please see my correspondance below.

This is beginning to be ridiculous! I placed my order in December with a presale release date of December. The release dates have been pushed back a number of times with no arrival in sight and now your website is down. I need a response on this. Customer ID #* order # *. We have emailed a number of times and you said you would get back to me with an update. I have not received an update nor the item. I would like to cancel my order as it is obvious I am never going to get my item. I want a full refund and an apology. This is bad business!
I have yet to receive either an apology, a response nor a refund to date!
