All the reports on this page are a mirror image of the problems I've had with AT&T Pay Per Call Advertising since October 2010. I've complained to my rep. He says it will be taken care of. I have the emails to prove it. Four months into the contract... Still not resolved. I've called and every time I call, I get a different rep, if I have time to hold for 30 minutes to get through. I've sent the bills back without payment every time I get one, and explained on the bill why I'm not paying it. The bill keeps escalating and the issues are still unresolved. My next step is to contact my State Consumer Affairs Office and State Attorney General to report this as fraud. AT&T will probably turn me over to collections soon, since I have not paid the bill in four months, but I welcome them to do so. Maybe I'll be heard then, and I have it all documented... Signed contract, and bills to show I'm not getting what the contract says I'm to get, and all emails from the beginning of this screwed up mess.
