I went to work for this company a few years back... I was gung ho about going... Everything sounded amazing... You got two weeks paid training and your food, transportation, and lodging were paid for! WRONG... I went out with a trainer for one day because I knew how to sell... (that was the mistake i made)... Because of this i went out on my own from then on... You don't get to hold your own money, get a paycheck that is legally documented...!!! This is where they get us all!!! They keep your money on the company "books" and tell you what you "supposedly" make every week... We are told what to say to people and how to say it so they will buy from you... I would go places that weren't allowed soliciting... Such as military bases, apartment complexes, etc... They dropped you off four different times in a day... You would work monday-saturday from 9am-9pm... But if you didn't meet your quota for the week then you had to work on sunday too... (pretty sure) I felt like i was in prison...
We were adults but they didn't treat us like we were... 1. We were to meet our quota for the day (the better at sales you were the higher your quota) 2. If we didn't meet this quota we were to go to a nightly meeting at between 9-11pm, but i can't remember the exact time because it's been a little while... 3. After the meeting we were to go to bed... 4. We had to walk to the stores etc if we needed anything... Unless they were making trips somewhere... 5. If you didn't make your quota you weren't allowed to go anywhere... And lastly. 6. If you had no sales in one of the four drops they would do then you'd have to run around the van at a red light doing an embarrassing dance they call the "reindeer dance"...
I was one of the few that fell for their lies... There was a time where i needed to go home for an emergency... (i would put it on here but i want to stay anonymous) but trust me it was important but they pretty much wouldn't let me go and talked me into staying... Anyways... By the time i ended up figuring out what they were all about and what they were doing i had already sold to so many people... I apologize to all that i sold to... I AM SO SORRY FOR WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU!..
I left the company after i figured it out... They tried to get me to sign papers but i refused... Because when i left they said that i had no money on my books... Which was a crock of shit... I had at least a couple thousand if not more!!! So if they come to your door DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM... The magazines won't come... They are probably not the age they tell you... Or from where they say they are... Pretty much - they will tell you whatever they want and will flirt, tell jokes, conversate, to try to get you to buy from them! They will try to get themselves into your house so they can figure out what you are into and pretend they are too... That's how they work... I know because i worked for them... I'm sorry to say that... But i did...
