Very poor customer service

We also requested the starter package. It required 8 times to obtain below. They currently state we're handed or 14-day test interval and should spend the delivery about the next purchase of $119.00. We attempted without accomplishment to contact many times. No body actually responded. Lastly we got through on Jan 3. It was the 15-day after delivery plus they had billed my charge card 2 times before.

The woman we spoke to was just like a saving. No real matter what I stated, she said we just had 2 weeks which period was up. We attempted to request more concerns trigger we truly needed this to function. She repeated himself and hungup. I acquired an immediate email stating we were terminated. I also delivered a note for their email and received no solution.
