In January, I requested 3 DVDis from HotMovies (BestBrandValues). I acquired many emails informing me these were back-requested till, lastly, I obtained one informing me my purchase was ended. After I got my charge card record, there is a cost of $9.95 from Best Brand Ideals. I named on February 8th and was informed that after I put my purchase, they delivered mean email confirming my account. I held all my emails from their store and didn't obtain this kind of email. I told the individual I talked compared to that I did so NOT get that email. She provided many times to forward it in my experience, but I declined and informed her used to do not need a account and that I needed my charge card acknowledged. After many times of informing her which was all I needed, she decided to stop my account and reimbursement the $9.95. What she ignored to inform me was they had billed me another $9.95 on February 7th. I've created many efforts to contact them, I Have attempted emailing by answering their email and I've no chance with either. I did so NOT obtain something out of this organization plus they have billed me $9.95 for this! I'd like a return!
