They begin your one month test interval before it's actually delivered. I attempted to obtain a return agreement on 1/11. I purchased it on 12/10. They don't let you know or purchasing the one month test interval begins on time you purchase. They delivered on 12/15 & I obtained on 12/20 I attempted to obtain authorization on 1/11 to come back. However it is too late — stated one month test period was over. I noticed that it had been not really delivered until 12/15 then they state they'll examine, please maintain. They never return.
