I caught with an expensive device delivered from Peekskill, NYC to Troy, AL. Freightquote/Estes ruined the gear during delivery after which declined to cover it, or even to actually return my shipping charges. They provided me $100 to get a $4,000 x ray Diffractometer. To include insult to damage, I actually needed to spend to get rid of the deleted device.
