After I popped the cage I came across that since Estes had switched the cage on its aspect during cargo the rubber motor mounting bushings have been cut apart with this completely new turbine. Estes refused my state. Cause the specialist authorized for that cargo without starting the covered cage. Estes had unique control of the cargo of the brand new turbine and also the harm was completed by them-but in the place of integrity they made a decision to refuse on the technicality.
