We shipped a bed to one of our customers using FreightQuote.com
The shipment ended up having bad shipping damage. Our customer made note of the damage with the shipper and refused delivery. We filed a freight claim with FreightQuote.com and have been getting the run around trying to get a claim status update and payment on the claim. I have sent several emails to Christy Young, Customer Service Supervisor at FreightQuote.com, and she told me she would have a definite answer regarding the claim by the end of the week. That was last week. It is now Wednesday of the following week and still no word back from her. I am disappointed that FreightQuote.com has handled this situation so poorly.
