Just got off the phone with the most arrogant service rep I've ever dealt with... Iwasalmostembarassed for him.
I placed an order for a gem over a month ago. UPS is showing that the order has been sitting in Ceritos since 11/23/10 so I asked for an immediate refund.'Impossible' was the answer I received... UPS has to finish the investigation and then they will determine if I will get a refund.
I told the rep that wasn't acceptable and that they would loose a customer and that I would complain loudly if a refund wasn't issued right away. He said "I'm not too concerned about that". Great attitude, if one doesn't care about sales.
It is now 12/23/10 and I'm still without a gem or a refund.in my humble opinion I feel that this is a dishonest company and should be avoided, unless you like abuse.
