I launched an ebay auction for a Slim Playstation 2 Old School Bundle and it ended with a winner on 10/15. The winner payed the next day.
I went to Netdropshipper.com and placed the order. They accepted it and said it would get shipped via Fed Ex on 10/18. They even had a tracking #. On the 18th, I checked Fed Ex and found that the company transmitted the package information but that Fed Ex had not received the actual package.
I sent numerous emails to Netdropshipper because I was concerned about the package. Each time I sent an email, it would take 2-3 days for a response, longer if it happened to be a weekend. Some of my emails never did get a response.
Finally, I received an email from "customer service" saying that they were going to ship out the package on 11/2. I asked why it's taking so long to ship, and their response was that they were having problems with their shipping department.
I told them that if the package didn't get shipped by end of business day on 11/2, I expected a full refund so that I can turn around and refund my customer. I had previously explained to my customer what was going on. So far she had been understanding of the situation.
Of course, the package never got shipped out on 11/2. I've sent numerous emails asking for my refund and they have all gone unanswered. It looks like I'm going to refund my customer her money back out of my own pocket.
I will never again do business with Netdropshipper.
