Back in Febuary I purchased an item for my phone, everything was going great, I had wonderful service. Then I recieved a package with my name on it, but not the item I purchased. I called coustmer service and they told me that I could send it back but that in order for me to recieve a refund or my item that the person that they sent my order to would also have to return it. Well i'm sorry but not everyone is that honest. So I got a RMA and sent it back via UPS. During all of this I moved and lost the tracking papers. When I had not heard anything for a month I contacted them and they said they never recieved the package. So I filed a complaint with the BBB and was told that I would recieve a refund. A month later no refund, and my account was charged a second time for this item without my permission. When I contacted them to find out what had happened they said that they had found my package and had shipped it to me.
Well needless to say I was not happy, I told the guy that I did not order this and that I did not want it any longer, they had made my bank account negative and I had already purchased this item back in FEB. So they got that straightend out and my account was back in the black, and today I got issued an RMA again and they won't cover the charges that I was orignally told that they would.
Please, if it looks too good to be true it probally is. Don't order anything from this company. It's just too much trouble.
