Ordered UGG boots on 12/1210and was immediately suspicious when $20 shipping was added after order placed. I have written several emails (on the site) and get responses from 3 different email addresses but none make sense. They ask for order number (on my email), date of purchase, etc., all in broken English, but don't answer my questions.
My credit card was charged on 12/12 (but for more than the order andfrom Shanghai, China) but on the site my order still says pending and they have stopped responding. I'm sure if I ever receive any boots they will be knockoffs, but my real worry is that they have my credit card number.
I ordered from warmgiftboots.com, but newboots99.com goes to the same site.
