My mom ordered my daughter Ugg boots for Christmas. I was searching the webb site for cheaper boots and found this web site. We ordered them and was going to send the "real" Ugg's back after Christmas. Never received an email indicating the boots from bestdiscountboots had been sent. They came in a smashed up box that said Ugg but the shipping documents were in Chinese and it was hand written. Looked kind of fishy but went ahead and gave them to my daughter. She immediately suspected something but didn't say anything until my mom was reading the card they included to inform you on how to tell if you received authentic Ugg boots (pretty stupid to include in fake Ugg order). So we checked and they were not authentic. I compared them to the orginial, real Ugg boots and there was definitely a big difference. Credit card company is disputing. Bestdiscountboots sent her an email waiting to resolve the matter for $45. She could pay $45 and keep the boots. Big rip off. Not paying one penny for these FAKES.
