Bought boots from this web site.
Received boots, but we're too small.
Informed them I needed size bigger and needed to return for exchange for larger size.
They requested $50 for shipping (they would not provide free shipping on exchanges).in another email, the shipping cost was quoted at $35 (US$).
I agreed but first needed them to confirm they received the boots I returned to them AND that they had the proper size boots in stock that i was exchanging.
Used their shipping label for return address.
I continue to inquire about status of my return.
Sent them a copy of my tracking order, where it showed the boots were delivered to the People of China.
They said they are not located in Shanghai (even though there was a name, address and company listed on their return address label).
Filed a dispute with PayPal and my back that paid PayPal.
Still no boots.
Too soon to hear anything about disputes.
Can't find their website on the Internet any longer.
Also, the boots I ordered were UGGS, and I believe these were fake boots due to the low cost.
