On 12/1/10 I ordered UGG boots for 77.99 with free shipping. I was provided with a login and order number, and would receive and email with instructions on how to track the order. No email was ever received. I immediately noticed that my bank account included a pending charge of $96.35, which would indicate not free shipping. The only way to contact them is through their website contact tab. I requested cancellation of the order. The charge was posted on 12/3.
I figured I would just swallow the shipping charges. However, the boots never came. I contacted them on 12/16 asking for delivery status; no reply. I have requested a refund on 12/26,12/27, and 12/28, again, no acknowledgement.
Based on the entry on my bank statement, they are from Shanghai, China, so it's probably a lost cause. Their logo UGG STORE includes site www.uggsbootsbailey.com, but that is a non-existent site.
Hope this prevents someone else from being RIPPED OFF.
